CHEMFAB ALKALIS LIMITED announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of MSK C & Associates LLP (FRN. 001595S/S000168) as statutory auditors for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 17th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 22nd Annual General Meeting, replacing Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP.
